To our valued Partners and Customers,

The servers our portals are hosted (ferrumit.com, chatassist.net, mysupport247.net) on has been scheduled for an upgrade and maintenance tonight.  Our engineering teams anticipate the down time to be 30 minutes or less, however, please allot for up to 2 hours just in case.

Maintenance Window: February 15th from 11:00 PM - 3:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time

If you encounter any problems logging tickets via our portal after the maintenance period, please contact our Help Desk team at toll-free 1-866-573-3282.
